Connector Purelux Self-Solder Heat Shrink, 0.75-1.5 mm²

The Purelux Self-Solder Heat Shrink Connector is a convenient moisture-resistant connector for e.g. wiring connections of additional and work lights. The connector is suitable for connecting 0.75-1.5 mm² wires. The connector has an adhesive shrink sock that is heated over the joint, causing the tin in the middle of the connector to also melt and form a really strong joint. The connection becomes both tensile and moisture resistant, so the connector is optimal for vehicle use. In practice, the two wires to be connected are fed in from the ends of the connector, after which the shrink sleeve and the tin in the middle are heated and the wires are locked in place. When the shrink sock is heated, the glue in it is activated and forms a moisture-resistant joint.
